If you decided to transfer your tags to your new vehicle then you don’t have to, we handle all the paperwork!

Yes, you sure can. If you want to sell your used car and it is not paid off, we will pay you the agreed price less the outstanding balance on the vehicle, which we will send to your bank. If there is negative equity in the car you want to sell/trade in (the value of the car is less than the loan balance), then the difference between the agreed-upon price and the outstanding loan balance has to be paid to Car cloud at the time of sale. If you want to trade in a vehicle that is not paid off, the process is similar. We will apply the agreed-upon trade-in value towards your new vehicle less the outstanding balance of your loan. If there is negative equity, it may be rolled into a new loan (contingent on the lender
approval) or paid to Car cloud auto group.

Yes, all of the GAP insurances that we sell are cancelable If you feel you no longer need the coverage. Canceling your GAP insurance will get you a pro-rated refund. Please keep in mind once you cancel your GAP insurance you will be responsible for any gap/difference between your car’s loan and the insurance reimbursement in case of total loss. The sales rep you work with can accompany you on a test drive so he/she can give you more information on the car. However, if you like to test drive the car by yourself, we will come back to pick up the car exactly one hour after dropping the car off.
